Just a small EuroMillions win needed.

Concept design visualisation for a property on the French Riviera.

Once again the time between blog posts is noticeably large, thanks once again to being rather busy with one thing and another, not all of which are visualisation-related. Anyway, this post is the first in a series of images created for a personal concept located somewhere along the French Riviera. Given that it evolved from sketches and experimentation alone it’s probably wise not to scrutinise the concept’s architectural viability!

So, as a brief overview, this project evolved from some doodles drawn ...

Going international!

It’s been a busy few weeks with some interesting developments in and out of the studio, so here’s a little update to that effect: first of all, Click3D is very happy and proud to announce a link-up with Ridge and Partners LLP with the dual role of setting up a visualisation department with the potential of leaving a legacy in terms of a Ridge house style of image which future visualisers will adhere to, initiating good practice systems and ...

Portfolio update: North Wingfield

Marketing shot of flat over garage property.

Good morning!

As a follow-up to the last blog and portfolio entry which detailed one of Click3D’s new clients, here is one of the marketing shots taken from that project. As the original post mentioned, being the first to work with the client on a new technique enables you to put in place the methodology of how you work with no outside influence; at the same time it gives you a fantastic opportunity to create what amounts to a ‘house style’ ...

Portfolio update: Property marketing

3D rendering of a development site for use within marketing literature.

Good morning!

Hope you are all well. Today’s blog and portfolio update comes from a marketing project for a property developer in the north of England. This was the client’s first experience of using architectural visualisation for their marketing material and it necessitated Click3D guiding them through the necessary and crucial processes involved in order to create ten shots of the housetypes found within the site and also the overhead shot, as seen in the featured image here.

It is always pleasing ...

Please bear with us…

Hello!

You may have noticed that the Click3D website is changing ever so slightly and also a few things are in need of attention, perhaps most noticeably the portfolio where some pages are running out of alignment and a link to Twitter is missing. This is because a few background tweaks are being made and the developer of the site has moved on to pastures new so we are waiting on the new affiliate company to return with some analysis and ...

Click3D endorsed again!

Hello!

It is with great pride that Click3D has once again received a recommendation for its services, this time from Andrew Witcomb of Witcomb Project Management, a company specialising in interior design for the leisure industry and one which Click3D has worked with many times in the past, delivering several successful schemes encompassing both architectural visualisation and signage, some of which feature in the portfolio pages. Andrew’s recommendation is below:

“Stuart has produced a great deal of incredible visualisation and ...

Stop! Start! Continue!

Hello!

It’s been quite busy here of late hence the lack of blog and portfolio updates, although that’s no bad thing I suppose. Anyway, quite a few projects on the go, near completion or delivered so that’s good. First up was a project to illustrate a demolition company’s methodology which presents a challenge both in terms of stylistic requirements and also in general, the latter because as architectural visualisers we all make models of things that are going up, not coming ...

Portfolio update: Kitchen remodelling

Architectural illustration for interior designers.

Hello again!

Today we have a new addition to the portfolio, namely a kitchen remodelling project. Click3D was commissioned to provide views of this space after the property owner secured planning permission to extend his property which enabled him to completely remodel the existing interior space, specifically swapping the position of the kitchen and family room. Working from hand-drawn plans and assorted sketches Click3D delivered two views for this project – the one you see in this update and another taken ...

It’s been a while!

Hello!

Greetings from the all-new Click3D bunker! – As the title of this blog entry suggests, it has been a while (and then some) since Click3D’s last entry on this here blog. The reasons for this are many and mainly work-related – working in-house for clients old and new plus remote commissions and a move to West Sussex all mean that time has been at a premium. There’s also the small and insignificant matter of downloading some updates for the site ...
